Here at KIMI, we take time to inspect the quality of all items before dispatching to our customers.
Return and Exchange Policy
We only accept returns and exchange for defective / damaged items. To be eligible, our item must be unused and must be placed in its original packaging.
- Upon receipt of the item, send us a direct message here on the website, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via Instagram.
- Send us a photo of the actual item showing the defect / damage.
- Wait for our confirmation on the replacement of your item.
- Should the same item be out of stock, we will advise you the following options:
- Replace the damaged item with the same item.
- Replace the damaged item with another item of same value. (If chosen item is higher or lower in amount, balance will be settled by the customer).
Once we have agreed on the options above, we will arrange delivery schedule for our rider to deliver your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
Please take note to return the damaged item to our rider upon delivery of the replacement item.
